After signup select the option for your business or enterprise, janja allows you to choose an option according to your enterprise volumes.after selecting an option enter credentials for your facebook messenger (instructions for obtaining facebook messenger credentials), Telegram messenger (instructions for obtaining Telegram messenger credentials) and WhatsApp Messenger if your Pricing tier is supported for WhatsApp ( WhatsApp configuration for different providers)

Login with signup credentials to the janja portal the portal welcomes you to the dashboard which shows an overview of notifications, messages number/type/channel statistics and payments summaries as shown in the second diagram, you can generate quick excel compatible csv reports by tapping generate reports at the top of the screen

login to janja.com adminstrator portal and select virtual shop, in the submenu select items for sale, under items for sale adminstrators can upload new items for sale by tapping on "add items" menu option, if there are items already uploaded these will show up on the page with image and descriptions.

when a user wants to purchase an item on whatsapp,facebook or an unsuppored channel he only needs to either type the item name/type "view items" or type a whole phrase like "buy 2 items"
